Our guidelines on Wheelmap are:
wheelchair=yes is no step
wheelchair=limited is step > 7cm
wheelchair=no is step < 7cm, high or more than one step

Our community tags places according to this guideline. Sometimes they don´t match (because the place changed or they simply made a mistake), which is why other members of our community continuously check and update the tags. :)

Hoi! Dank je wel voor je opmerking. De vermelding komt van Wheelmap. Bij Wheelmap gebruiken we een kleurensysteem:

🟢 Yes = Volledig rolstoeltoegankelijk: géén drempels of treden bij de hoofdingang, lift indien nodig, én een toegankelijk toilet.
🟡 Limited = Gedeeltelijk toegankelijk: max. één trede bij de ingang (tot ca. 7 cm), of toegankelijk maar zonder geschikt toilet.
🔴 No = Niet toegankelijk: twee of meer treden bij de ingang, geen lift of alle belangrijke delen zijn niet bereikbaar.

Wheelmap is een communityproject. Meestal worden plekken zorgvuldig gemapt, maar soms klopt een vermelding niet meer. Als je denkt dat Utrecht Centraal “yes” hoort te zijn, kun je dat gerust aanpassen.

Hallo Emilius123, Dieser Ort wurde vermutlich von einem Wheelmap User als wheelmap=yes eingetragen, weil diese als solche ohne weitere Barrieren auch mit Rollstuhl einsehbar ist. Da sie sich in der Mitte eines Kreisverkehrs befindet und somit niemand direkten Zugang hat, würde ich diese Bewertung in diesem Fall stehen lassen wollen. Wie siehst du / Wie seht ihr das?

we must have overlooked this tag before coming up with the grab_bars tag. We wanted to have a transparent tagging system for grab bars including information left, right, foldable and fixed for wheelmap.org. (toilets:grab_bars:left=yes

toilets:grab_bars:right=no
toilets:grab_bars:left=fixed
toilets:grab_bars:right=foldable). Do you think we should change "grab bars" to "grab rails"?

die Änderung/Bewertung hat ein Mensch über Wheelmap.org vorgenommen. Da wir vom Wheelmap-Team nicht vor Ort sind, sind wir auf die Bewertungen aus der Community angewiesen. Wenn die Bewertung in diesem Fall fehlerhaft ist tut uns das leid und es kann zu "yes" geändert werden.
