I just saw your comment, sorry for the late reply. Basically both ENA and INAU share the same block (both being under the same ministry) and both share a lot of amenities and locals. The ENA that's on the other block is a mistake and needs to be removed. I'll continue my work and help clear things up. thanks for the comment!
