I believe so. There are 4 doors on the building. Two doors on the left leads to an unidentified IDNO T/C 94443, and the two doors on the right leads to a UK Power Networks T/C 99538. These are identified on the doors. T/C means Transformer Chamber so I strongly suspect there are two different transformers located here.

This cable route was excavated and dug up from the roads by a contracting company called JSM who were happy to share with me the route they worked on and other interesting data related to it, the photos/videos I recorded when they shared that data did not contain any copyright notices but I understand that may not imply there is none. The data now relates to infrastructure that no longer physically exists and I assumed it would be safe to add it. If there are further concerns, please advise me how to act on it. Thanks.
