Thanks for your response. We are working on finalizing the #hashtag. As mentioned in the forum discussion (https://forum.openstreetmap.org/viewtopic.php?pid=800092#p800092) will get the confirmation by 11/09 and get it implemented.

Thanks for checking into our edits and providing us with the valuable inputs. as mentioned in the changeset discussion 89966935.our team is working on adding a #tag to edits and soon will be implemented. Can you let me know what is the ground source mentioned in the comment I didn’t get it. always happy to learn from the community.
