Some feedback: First, the changeset comment should describe what you changed or added, not just why—see osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments for more info. Second, it's considered good practice to keep the covered area of your changeset small, and you can do that by saving your changes in one location before moving on to another. Finally, tennis courts should be tagged with "leisure=pitch"+"https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:sport=tennis", not as a building or road. See the tag documentation here: leisure=pitch

Thanks for adding a changeset description. However I still don't think "place=*" is an appropriate tag for these features. The tag is reserved for human settlements, like towns and cities; as well as large geographic features, like islands. In the context of settlements, the tag is meant to be used on a point, as a label, rather than a boundary. See place=* . I'd encourage you to reach out to one of the many OSM communities—mailing list, wiki, forum, IRC, Slack, Discord…—to get an agreement on how to tag these. Vacant buildings should be tagged as buildings, not landuse.

It looks like this road doesn't exist because the area is under construction. It would be helpful if you also removed the demolished buildings and marked the area as a construction area; otherwise the edit looks unfinished.
