I don't know what you mean by "problems for the database." As long as you ensure consistent tagging, applied objects can be found easily with a query tool such as Overpass (osm.wiki/Overpass_API ). Although, if your goal is to make a web map, you may want to consider a tool such as uMap (osm.wiki/UMap ) that keeps data in a separate overlay, so that your display needs won't have the chance to conflict with OSM tagging requirements.

A name on a map by the city don't justify breaking OSM naming conventions. We do the same with streets, anyway--the "official" name of those are always abbreviated, but we expand the abbreviations anyway.

I might recommend asking in the community forum for tagging opinions. If they are navigable, something under highway= would be appropriate. highway=track and highway=service are sometimes used for land access roads. amenity=bench is certainly not right, even if the OSM tag is a similar word to what you call it.

Hello, this changeset includes many linear ways tagged with "amenity=bench". What do these lines represent? Benches are normally small enough to be plotted with a point only. These look more like paths, but they don't connect to anything and don't appear obvious in aerial imagery.

Note that mapping a business as a separate point from the building is a valid way to map it. Combining them is fine too but separating them is helpful in cases like when the building itself has a name, or the building houses multiple businesses, or just as a way to make sure the address stays.
