Yes, it is perfectly fine for a motorway slip road to be mapped as two-way where it is needed, like in other countries such as the Netherlands (way/660698660) and Japan (way/669948574). You just need to make sure there is a oneway=no tag in these cases.

Hello, I am concerned that you are introducing a lot of "node drags" while realigning the roads with the imagery, as you did at node/3383012489 and node/3383234934 - this results in weird turns on branch roads and junctions that unintentionally appear far from where they really are, even in imagery.

When realigning the roads, please make sure that all the junctions are checked to avoid node drags.

Hello, that part of the road was realigned very recently. Please also use Esri World Imagery and Mapbox, as they may be more recent that Bing.

Please do not add a filter road that does not physically exist, like what you did at way/1547245027. Only map filter roads that actually exist with a traffic island that separates them from the main road(s).

I have to disagree with this edit, because the carriageway is not physically separated. The "no exit" restriction from Alimou-Katechaki towards Kaisariani is already covered by a "straight ahead only" relation at relation/19145795, which should prevent the disallowed turn.

Restrictions on lane changes can also be covered by change:lanes=*. I am not sure if you are aware of this tag: it can help describe disallowed turns on a carriageway with no physical separation, in addition to the turn restriction relation.
