The node was originally rejected because you added promotional language in description=*, and removed a cafe. You can add the node back, but without the promotional description, and without removing another business. OpenStreetMap is taking a tougher line on spamming: we are a map database, not a business listings website.

Hello, I don't think we should put toll charges in name=*, because it will confuse non-car drivers.

I don't think OpenStreetMap can delete features just because it is private land. Please see: osm.wiki/Why_we_won't_delete_roads_on_private_property - what I have done however is mark it as access=private, which tells data users that the land is not public.

The current situation is to map the motorway at toll plazas as a single way, because there are reversible lanes that is demand-responsive (in this case, four). To prevent u-turns, we use turn restrictions.
