Changeset When Comment

Hi Cam, from the feedback provided, I have incorporated VBMP imagery into my mapping, using as the primary background for this area. I still flip between VBMP and other map layers as there's more information to be gained by using a variety of maps due to different exposure, foliage, and timeline. That is why you continue to see Bing imagery as a source in this changeset.

I was unaware that you can apply offset to maps to assist alignment. I'm more than happy to do this for future edits. For this and other recent edits, VBMP is the primary source used.

Changed to landuse=meadow in changeset/180681484#map=18/37.185607/-80.381038. It may be worth reviewing landuse=farmland use locally, as it appears to be a catch all for any farm. I've certainly modeled my change sets to follow that pre-existing pattern.

landuse=farmland

Historical satellite imagery shows hay bails in previous years, indicating managed land. I would be inclined to convert to [landuse=farmland]https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Tag:(landuse=farmland).

Realigned using VBMP imagery, reverting previous realignment:

Small correction, properties which used to be accessed by Tiffany Lane are currently addressed as **771** and 811 Cinnabar Road

Tiffany Lane was road that crossed what is now US 460, which was adjacent to the property at 257 Jennelle Road and provided access to the properties that are currently addressed at 711 and 811 Cinnabar Road. You can reference historical imagery on Google Earth to confirm this. There is a remnant right of way shown in the county GIS, but it is overgrown and does not access any property.

The way that was previously mapped was a different access road which lead to the property currently addressed as 660 Cinnabar Road. Again reference Google Earth historical imagery. It was not Tiffany Lane, but a private driveway. The property containing the remnant driveway is currently owned by Commonwealth of Virginia according to GIS data.
