My name is Ihor, and I am part of the OSM Mapping team at Lyft. Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. Upon reviewing our images, I found that you were correct. I mistakenly applied the time-based restriction from the main road to the nearby channel road. Reverted to the previous version of the restriction in this changeset ( relation/6528326/history ). I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
