Hope I fix it now.

The fix was
- remove old wrong platform
- move new platform to the correct position in stop platform llist
- assign role in route (platform)

I recommend to use JOSM editor for works with routes.
There are plugin idel for stop platform replacement: https://github.com/praszuk/josm-movemembership-plugin/
One click — and platform replaced in all routes :)

Please, don't convert living streets and residential into tracks. Highway classes not about a surface, it's about a usage. Streets with names signed on a territory plans shouldn't be a tracks or paths.

In bus route relation/12284408#map=11/57.4855/25.6659 you add stops for one of direction as "stops". Route v2 standart want to see stops or platforms of only one direction in one relation, and other direction — other relation, glued with relation "master route".
If bus route are the same in both direction, then it's easy to copy current route, reverse all highway path, and keep only stop platforms for correct direction.

I see 2 near the same route "Bus 3: Bulduru stacija –> Kauguri" and 2 near the same "Bus 3: Kauguri –> Bulduru stacija". Is it an error, or there have to be marked difference with "via: aaa ieal" tag?
