This is a huge edit, and while I've done the best I can to resolve any conflicts, there are definitely going to be some areas (mostly CDPs) that need a little work to match up with the new data. However, I feel that the much more accurate boundary is worth the extra work.

I'd actually forgotten all about that. OSM doesn't have a decent way to tag outdoor theaters and it's even worse about separating the parts, so I made that up so at least there's something. To be honest I've never used the mailing lists; I've always only sourced from the wiki. I'll join that list now though.
