I think some historical changes have left it unclear. All of way/42727781 was one-way until the offices were built (around 2014?) then the central lane markings were added. As I'm not sure how to interpret the present markings, I'll revert the change.

What is the source for the name "Pont Twym" and not "Pond Twym"? Growing up in the area I always heard it called Pond Twym, although a google search shows references to both spellings.
Also, the correct OSM key would be not:name, not not_name

node/6510091490 doesn't seem to merit the place=neighbourhood tag. Would an area with landuse=residential + name="Knight's Bridge Apartments" + residential=apartments be more suitable? I'm new at this.
