I accidentally truncated the relation while working on local improvements in Star Valley (changeset/186933255). I’ve now restored the full member list using the reverter plugin.

The relation should be back to normal. Appreciate the PSA about splitting ways in JOSM, I’ll be more careful about downloading parent relations going forward.
