Thank you for reviewing and pointing this out. You are completely right.

Due to a concurrent background runner glitch, duplicate ways were accidentally submitted. I have stopped the automated upload and deleted all duplicate building ways in changesets 191359063 and 191359606. Each building now has only one clean footprint.

I am also reviewing the complex shapes against aerial imagery before proceeding with any further uploads. Thank you very much for your feedback.
