Hello! This is a new subdivision in my local area. The preliminary work has been completed, and the plat has been recorded by the County. The lots are currently for sale, with several already under contract. To my knowledge, no actual construction has started yet, which is why I used the proposed tag, and my understanding is that this is its proper use. I have added the source to the residential landuse area as a website. I can add it to the individual building nodes if that is the preferred method, but that seemed excessive to me at the time. I normally change the tag to construction once the building permit has been obtained and filed.
