Thank you for reviewing my changeset and providing your insightful recommendations. However based on the street view available (https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=779848906292084&focus=photo&lat=33.47004913636398&lng=-117.59730664544998&z=17&x=0.7385023685767325&y=0.666779779249085&zoom=3) we are unable to add the maxspeed: conditional tag, since there is no time duration mentioned in the sign board available. It would be a great help if you can provide us the time duration in which the conditional restriction should be added, so that we can add it from our end.
