These features already had ways corresponding to the roads they're meant to represent. When adding route relations, it's best to use the ways that are already present in the data, and to split them as necessary to match the extents you require. Thank you for reaching out regarding the roads in Seremban. Lately I’ve been working on adding new roads to this region, especially at new developments. Typically I can add roads if pavement has already been lain down in these areas, and is clearly visible in the aerial imagery. If you have any specific latitude/longitude coordinates for areas like this, I can look at them for possible additions.

Also, Maxar Premium and Standard appear to be the same in the region of Seremban, is there any notable reason why you would suggest Maxar Standard?
