iD made me aware that man_made=water_wall seems to be for manually operated pumps where ground water can be accessed, and should not be part of a line.

Might I suggest using man_made=pump man_made=pump instead, or alternatively =pumping_station?

That's an incorrect use of amenity=parking_space. This should be used to map individual spaces. From satellite imagery it appears these are 5 parking spaces.

Yes, remove the node you created, then create a new one at the physical location of the main door. The node should be on the outline of the building, and a member of its "path".

Hi walden, thanks for the update! Unfortunately, that is not the correct way to map an entrance, because now the hospital exists twice with different names. Use "entrance=main" for this.

@MHacks: Danke für den Hinweis. Ich habe gerade im Wiki nochmal nachgelesen. Es soll für Bürgersteige neben einer Straße einerseits highway=footway gesetzt werden (allgemein ein Pfad an dem Menschen zu Fuß gehen), gleichzeitig aber auch footway=sidewalk (Kennzeichnung als Bürgersteig).
