I think these roads (638776819, 685372404) are properly set to "unclassified" because these roads are connecting between settlements. Let see, highway=unclassified

Then for these roads (338075154, 338075120, 338075118), I think these roads are properly set to tertiary, because these roads are connecting the villages.

Thanks for your advice. Actually, in the field, this way is an alternative way to connecting between secondary road and primary road, and many vehicle through this road. What do you think about it, change this tag to residential or keep it as secondary road?
