2 different restrictions because there are actually 2 parallel ways next to each other here instead of only one. North one has a lower height limit than the south one.

wrong usage of building:use and unknown tag "contains" in multiple buildings of the university here, should use name and similar, ref for building numbering, etc

Placement of volleyball field, benches and i think a playground needs to be checked in person here, satellite images (Esri World Imagery (not Clarity!)) only helps with the volleyball field. For other things it is too outdated.
