In 1930's Italy build the Vallo Alpino fortifications (Alpine wall or in Slovene "alpski zid') - SImilar as Siegfried or Maginot line. Bojni blok (combat bloc) is used in international literature as definition for parts of the fort that's above ground. Since these fortifications are more complex, they are not "bunkers" but "Ger-Werk", "Eng-Fort", "Fr-Ouverage", "Slo-Utrdba" or "It-Opera".
