You would have to tag the entire Sunbury - Pakenham/Cranboune line as rail=subway then, which is impossible since there are sections with V/Lines running on it. If you have to mix and match sections, then it is not a true subway.

While it is a "rapid-transit" route, it is still connected to the suburban rail network and should be tagged as such. It is not an entirely self-contained system

I get where you're coming from, however I've just looked at the surrounding towns (Seville, for example) which have nodes denoting the centre of population.

Hi there, you seem to have copied and pasted a bunch of buildings with 35 as the address

I'm not sure if you noticed but there is a bridge that goes over all the railway tracks, I have fixed this but please double check before adding level crossings :)

The boundary does follow some locality boundaries, so I added those ways to the relation. I had to draw more ways for the parts that didn't (around the airport for example)

The dock tag implies a waterway, which is now displayed on the map as water. I'd suggest using landuse=port instead.
