Yeah, this should be removed unless there's a reason for the bike lane to be mapped separately - and I don't see one. The tags for Battery Street itself cover it.

Why did you want to create a separate way for the southbound bike lane? It was adequately mapped before.

The wiki says, "

Cycling infrastructure that is an inherent part of a road - particularly 'cycle lanes' which are a part of the road - should usually not be tagged as a separate cycleway, but by adding the cycleway=* tag to an existing highway=* instead." highway=cycleway

If it's going to be a separate way, it should probably have the "Scott Street" name for directions and the residual northbound-only way should be one-way for bicycles.

This changeset has numerous errors.

I've already fixed several:
- incorrectly marking the Fell St cycle track as two-way
- incorrectly marking the entire block of Scott from Oak to Fell as one-way except for bikes, as opposed to just the northern end
- incorrectly stating Scott from Fell to Hayes has a bike lane

But I keep finding more. Now I'm seeing that this also marks Noe St from 15th St to Henry as having a cycle track. In fact, there is no bike infrastructure there.

What's going on here? Is there confusion about how to tag? Glitchy app?
