need to find boundary of apartment complex and move apartment complex info to that instead of having a double building multipolygon

buildings around here are double tagged. The polygon buildings likely should be kept but don't have address info. easiest fix is to remove building=* tags from the POI points that include the address, merging optional.

node/357509292 and node/357495648 towers near this note do not look like they still exist, did they get moved elsewhere?
