"The Alovera Company" node seems to be an MLM distributor running a business from a residential apartment unit. I don't see anything on street-level imagery. Is it visible from the ground?

Could someone please help who knows how to turn the building-as-a-shop into a node on top of the building?

Advance Auto Parts is not the only tenant in this building, so its tags need to be transplanted from the building way to a node without losing history somehow. They occupy the north end of the building, but there is an Elite Mobile (electronics repair shop) in the middle and Vision for Less (optometrist/glasses shop) in the south end.

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.
