Thanks for your comments. I'm unsure on how was the node got moved within my edit. I see that the node link that you've provided is at a different location and doesn't belong to this edit.
However, I've corrected both the nodes under changeset #76152226, will be watchful about such errors in my future edits.

Hi,

I've checked and see that the access to this way (way/446886619) was given by one of the community member, I've searched on the wiki for the same and found no relative results justifying the access tag. As part of my edit, I've added a road along with private tag. As I've made a node connection with the parking lot (version #2), the edit history shows my user name as editor.
