You have to applaud the amount of work done and effort trying to map this out but I think its well over the top for the needs of OSM, I contributed to this area prior to the Overhaul of the site and was returning to make some minor changes to layout obviously its been replaced with this data which would be great on an architectural drawing but this isn't what people are after when looking at the map, Just knowing if there is a Coles in there is enough for most people, I agree with Warin61 that this should be put out to grass and re drawn
