Yes, you're right. Unfortunately, access tagging on gate nodes in OSM is often incomplete. Not necessarily in this particular case, but in general it frequently fails to capture exemptions for pedestrians and cyclists. Because of that, we're constantly struggling with how to make use of gate access tags when they are mapped correctly, while avoiding incorrect routing where the tagging is incomplete or misleading.

To be honest, my edit at this location was more an act of desperation than a particularly smart solution. 🙂 It's not something we would normally do, and we're still looking for a better way to handle these situations.

hai ragione: la duplicazione dell'ultimo tratto nella relazione era un mio errore. L'ho appena corretta e ho rimosso il segmento duplicato.
Per quanto riguarda l'esistenza del percorso, la segnalazione proveniva da un utente della nostra mappa, che aveva allegato una fotografia della traccia. Nella foto si vedevano delle catene e una marcatura rossa su una roccia, per cui ho ritenuto plausibile che il sentiero esistesse e l'ho inserito almeno in questa forma.
Probabilmente sono stato troppo fiducioso. Secondo te sarebbe meglio rimuovere del tutto la relazione finché non ci saranno verifiche sul posto o ulteriori elementi a supporto?

Hi. I think that if there is some tactile_model information=tactile_model in Musei Civici di Monza it should be mapped as node at the correct position.
Your combination of tourism=museum and information=tactile_model is confusing.

Na mapy.cz používáme OSM jako źródło danych do map poza Czechami.
Użytkownik napisał nam o tym obiekcie node/11428745242 , który stworzyłeś na OSM: "Nie ma żadnych widocznych śladów". Jeśli to prawda, uważam, że obiekt nie powinien być mapowany na OSM.

Už si po 4 letech moc nepamatuju. Ale z historie je vidět, že ty tagy už na OSM existovaly u node od jiného usera a jen jsem je přenesl k budově.

Nejsem si jistý, zda name odmazávat. Může to být název i pro cestu v tunelu i pro tunel samotný.

Často může být název ulice/železnice vedoucí tunelem jiný než název tunelu jako takového. Stejné je to u mostů, kde je rozdíl mezi name (název ulice) a bridge:name ještě častější. Takto je jednoznačné, že jde opravdu o jméno tunelu.
Tag tunnel:name je hojně používaný, dokumentovaný a dle mého názoru není jeho použití nijak kontroverzní.

Nemám žádnou geometrii. Jen mě překvapilo, že to zmizelo. Ale koukám teď na http://maps.sopsr.sk/ , že tam opravdu nyní mají geometrii jen kolem jeskyně. Tak ta původní asi fakt byla špatná.

"old" v URL vypadá podezřele, to jo, ale i z té mapové aplikace i odjinud ze stránek ŠOP vedou odkazy právě na tento seznam MZCHU.
