I've only seen these inquiries just now (6 March 2025), and I apologize for the tardy reply.

I added the information to the markers, because I visited them in person, and I photographed the area myself. The information I added to the markers indicated on Open Street Maps is the same information which appears on the *physical* information panels, which are mounted next to the U.S.S. San Francisco Memorial and in front of the parking lot. That said, the labels I've provided to describe the mounted information panels are straight from the source, in which case would be the Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GGNRA), operated by the U.S. National Park Service (NPS).
