As commented on the previous changeset, I would please ask to revert the changes and leave this section as it is. This discussion has been had multiple times already and the previous version is what was the result of it. Of all the possible options, highway=trunk_link is the most inappropriate one.

Както е споменато тук (която страница също поддържам активно), правилата са по-скоро за удобство и отклонения от тях не са изключени. Даже вече има доста такива, основно заради алгоритъма за рутиране и отбелязване на улици в градовете.

Скоростни пътища, както са определени в закона, все още няма в България. За сметка на това има доста отсечки, маркирани с highway=trunk. Такива са СОП, обхода на Монтана, Бургас - Созопол, Варна - Златни Пясъци, Пловдив - Асеновград, Димитровград - Хасково и тн.

I would please ask to revert the changes and leaving it as it was. The highway milestone for km 0 is under the bridge of II-18. If you need to specify speed limits or access restrictions, do it with the appropriate tags.

You are right about this particular case. Regarding the user MariaPetrova, I have contacted her multiple times, but it was via private messages as that was where she contacted me first.

You've probably met me here and on the wiki and have hopefully seen that I try to be as objective as possible and change something only if there is proof of that. I think this is one of the exceptions we should make for consistency's sake. The road situation is not very clear on this anyway.

Speed limit, lanes, and access are all adequate. If anything, having a 400m section in the middle of a 400km motorway makes no sense, especially only in one lane. Plus, the distance markers and road signs are in green. I don't know why they insisted on putting end of motorway sings when a speed limit would've sufficed. It's all part of the A2 motorway anyway.

This road section is not numbered and was only built when the motorway was, to connect to first class road 2, therefore I think this the definition of a motorway link. I don't know why a long link would be awkward, it's just how the road is.

Hi, I can't see how any motor vehicle can physically make a U-Turn at these intersections, so I would say it's not permitted. There aren't any explicit signs or markings anywhere, but there's little point in doing a U-Turn there.

Привет, откъде си взел информацията за трасето на А5? Доколкото ми е известно такова все още не е одобрено. Освен това, докато не се започне реалното строителство правилното обозначение е highway=proposed + proposed=motorway. Също ще те помоля да ограничаваш редакциите до приблизително един логически обект. Казвам го основно заради променените отсечки от А6 в другия край на страната.

There is no consensus as I think it hasn't come up as a topic of discussion yet. Maybe the policy should be to leave any currently ongoing construction projects as highway=construction, while long finished projects should stick to access=no. Such a project is the end of II-89, which was finished before 2015 and hasn't seen any construction since. The two cloverleafs on the A6 in Sofia have the same story.

Plus, having the access=no tag ensures no routing algorithm will use these sections, which I think is more important than the purely visual aspect.

Hey,

It wasn't me that actually started doing this. A while ago on this changeset I noticed another user doing this and it made sense to me. What is the access tag otherwise for? The road here is essentially finished, there is no construction ongoing at the moment and there will be no further happening too. I don't know about the global OSM policy, but the Bulgarian OSM road policies don't mention anything and because of some specifics in Bulgaria they don't always make sense compared to the global one.

I've seen a lot of changes done to the map documented in French and Arabic. Additionally, the locations in the different countries are written in their native language.

откъде взимате информацията за промените по тази отсечка? Според АПИ, както и километричните табелки по протежението на пътя, това е част от Автомагистрала Хемус. Наземните снимки от Гугъл потвърждават това:

Няма проблем,
в България всичко се прави малко по-особено, включително и в OSM. Добавям ги чак сега, защото ми направи впечатление, че работата е свършена само наполовина и някои от изходите липсват.
Цифрите в самия изход не са номера, а километража на магистралата. Ако погледнеш непосредствено преди това, на края на А6, ще видиш че изхода за Варна е при км 64.
Относно този с име София - технически погледнато това е изход, защото там свършва трасето на магистралата и пътят се прелива в Ботевградско шосе.

Изходите са направени 1:1 с тези по А1, както и по всички други магистрали в България.
