I see what is going on here. just a note we can't have railway lines going through buildings. in addition the lines you created new extend much further than pictured at lines need to be set to service:yard or spur unless it is the primary route. Are you local ? can you resurvey this? Please set the tracks that have been removed to at least railway=abandoned or if there are buildings to railway=razed. There is a new tagging schema for this but it is not showing on openrailwaymap yet.
