Hello , thank you for the info. The problem was the highway segment had lanes, but without lanes backward/forward wich is a mistake.

Hello , I would like to discuss about this changeset. You added another highway over the existent road which caused an OSM error (Overlapping ways).
If there is a part of the road in construction you could split the existent road (Paine Road) and ad tag highway->construction . Also, could you please confirm that part is still under construction?
