Yes, I have made similar change in Croatia, and in Malibu. I found it informative if it is a bit more complete like this, but if I am making incompatible change, I am sorry, I will roll back the change.

I mostly edit in some features I found on the map randomly... i.e. on my last edit I made some road crossings a bit fancier... (more detailed)...

I mostly write record new features, so, technically, I am inserting "local features" :D

No prissiness here, but considering time constraints I am not sure that "local features" are going to go away soon

Please, check descriptions on OSM before changing road designation!

It is an existing highway (newly built and finished) but since it is closed for public use, so, that is why I used that prefix. If I am mistaken, I will correct it.
