e clique no link "a" (analyze) da relação. Se estiver tudo bem, vai aparecer a mensagem "Great! This relation seems ok. This relation can be connected as one piece." em verde e apenas um "end node id" mais embaixo. Se houver algum erro ou mais de um "end node id" é porque alquém editou a relação e quebrou alguma coisa. Aí é só achar e consertar. Dá para rápidamente verificar várias rodovias. Eu uso o "highway=dummy" (que não é renderizado em nada) para marcar o início e o fim da relação (assim fica fácil achar onde estão os erros) e ligar trechos em que a rodovia não existe (como a BR-101 no Paraná).

This unbuilt part of the route (using tag=dummy) is important to periodically check the relations of national routes for inconsistencies. highway=proposed may be rendered in some maps, which is not the intent. The errors in keepright can probably be avoided by adding a layer tag with an unused layer (say layer=-9). I will try that to see if it fixes the error.
