Hi,
For me (and because i live around this area, main updated information are extracted from "cadastre" map and IGN map (https://proxy-ign.openstreetmap.fr/bdortho/{zoom}/{x}/{y}.jpg). SOurces are legal (FR-Cadastre is a legal map pubished by french administration and automatically added in iD editor and IGN agreement was signed with OSM France a few month ago...)
