Could you please provide an on-the-ground source for changing the primary `name=*` to Russian?

This is a Romanian-language educational institution under the constitutional authority of the Republic of Moldova and subordinate to the Moldovan Ministry of Education and Research. The school's signage also shows the Romanian name “Liceul Teoretic „Alexandru cel Bun””:
