If you want to see the latest version, you can use OSMAnd+ Pro with subscription or Open source free version with hourly/daily/weekly updates or, if you want to dive deeper in the depth of OSM, StreetComplete or EveryDoor as an editor

Almarusla, good afternoon. Thank you for your contribution. Two moments, please, don't create duplicate POIs (Як вдома and Magnolia exist, check in neighbor buildings). And also, don't name POIs like the name of their category name (hotel with name "Hotel"). If you have some additional info, move it into the note field, users will see it in their clients natively.

Could you explain why you removed this building? Yes, it is under construction, but it is, and the OSM rules suggests tag "building=construction" for this purpose.
