I added foot=permissive since even though it's technically a street, public cars don't have access to it, and pedestrians walk on the roadway. There's no sign that allows it, but McGill (the owner of the street) seems to allow it by design. I don't know if it's the right tag though, so let me know if there's a better tag for it.
