capture_date_range is a field brought in via Microsoft Building footprints. It is automatically tagged when using the AI generated building footprints. In this case the footprints were generated from aerials captured from 6/1/2018-7/31/2018. I do not control that formatting, it is appended from the data source.

Thanks mueshel. This was the first time I used JOSM to load shapefiles up to OSM. I wrongly assumed OSM would strip unneeded fields from the files. We'll be updating this area a lot since there are several more trails than what's showing. Now that I know what OSM needs and what it doesn't, I'll be fixing these files.
