A building (BUILDING 1) can't be a climbing route. Do you want to describe a climbing gym or climbing wall?

a way can't be a path and a climbing route at the same time. I guess climbing route is correct here according to the grade?

Es steht irgendwo auf der shop Seite IIRC. Ich bin aber auch kein Fan davon aus deinem genannten Grund. Ich wollte nur nicht einfach den Tag komplett entfernen. Mach das aber sehr gerne! Ich bin da ganz deiner Meinung. FYI: Es gibt 72 shops mit sport=climbing tag.

Das ist richtig, der tag `sport` wird allerdings im Zusammenhang mit `shop=sports` benutzt um anzugeben für welche Sportarten Artikel verkauft werden. Siehe auch https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/shop=sports#combinations

Das ist natürlich absolut richtig! Die Änderung ging durch OpenClimbing, da scheint etwas nicht zu passen. Ich werde es in das Projekt bringen. Danke dir!

As I was editing tags not regions its harder to sort them by region. But I will do it in the future, thanks!

As this is implemented and used on openclimbing.org by users not aware of any of these tags. The only way to prevent such changes is to open an issue at https://github.com/jvaclavik/openclimbing/issues

In context of climbing and especially OpenClimbing this tag is used for additional information or topo of a crag. This link points to a Facebook post not a profile or page. That information would be lost when tagged another way for the user.

Verschiedene Quellen, Luftbilder, diverse Satellitenbilder, Bilder der Gegend und selten die Umgebung an sich. Z.B. in einem eingezäunten Spielplatz oder an einer Schulwand -> climbingwall.
