Individual apartment buildings should be tagged as apartment buildings, not apartment complexes. An apartment complex should be a contiguous collection of apartment buildings owned by the same company.

Appreciate your work on adding sidewalks to Lincoln, but try to make sure you don't have sidewalks overlapping each other. If there's an existing sidewalk, then you can delete it and start fresh, or adjust and add to it- do not trace an existing sidewalk feature, or you will create another one on top of it.
