I can't find any evidence of a "Grant County Sportsmen State Park", but the land here is definitely owned by the state Parks Department. It's possible it's been merged with Sun Lakes/Dry Falls.

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.
