I have been all over the country and do a lot of traveling. I’m a full-time mechanical engineer and enjoy the outdoors.

I primarily use iD editor, and StreetComplete. I’m a firm believer in StreetComplete since it allows a lot of info to be added from everyday people without the hassle of outlining buildings, etc. That’s why I prioritize resolving notes from StreetComplete.

Useful Mapping Tools

Note Review This is a great tool if you are looking for notes containing a specific keyword. Maybe you really want to make sure every note regarding Buckee’s is addressed, or maybe you’re into golf mapping and want to prioritze what you enjoy mapping. This is the perfect tool, plus it was recently updated in 2026 to add even more functionality.

Tag Info This is for when you have a tag but want more info on such as number of instances, other common tags, etc.?

Address Parser Do you have an address that isn’t broken out such as “123 Main St, Boston, MA 02109”? This tool will break it out to all the appropriate addr=* tags, making it a lot easier to add.
