I reverted this changeset. It was the Učka tunnel (the existing lane).

You set access=no on a functioning trunk road!

It was an expressway up until a couple of years ago. Now all expressway signs were removed and direction signs were replaced with ones indicating a regular road.

Jadranska avenija is NOT signed as an expressway. It is a regular regional road. Please revert your changes.
