Thanks for the info. I set the operator:short tag based on what I have commonly heard the school district referred to as by locals. Some of the schools had that same name in the base operator tag before this change. The operator tag wiki page had a separate operator:abbr tag listed (operator=*#Further_details), so I didn't think that the :short tag would be used the same way. I also didn't think of checking Tag Info to see how the :short tag is typically used. Should I change or remove the operator:short tags, or is it OK?

As I was researching how to add the signs, I found two ways: on the highway=* way and at the sign position. I decided to put them on the way (which I now know is the wrong way for maxspeed signs), and mark the changeset as review requested in case I was wrong. Thank you for letting me know the correct way to add maxspeed signs.
