Using exclusively multipolygons makes the landuse much more difficult to edit in the future

Lord have mercy why did you change every state-maintained road to primary and secondary?? Please read highway=*#Values and also see how roads are generally tagged in the rest of the state. You will notice that most of them are tagged highway=residential or highway=unclassified, with a few tagged highway=tertiary, then only some of the most important rural roads tagged as highway=secondary.

I don't see any reason that supplemental routes should be "consistently tertiary." There are plenty of times where it is justified to upgrade them to secondary, e.g. when they connect villages (such as Rich Hill, Rockville, and Osceola along MO B in Bates/St. Clair County) or even county seats (such as Milan and Princeton along MO E in Sullivan/Mercer County).

More generally, road classification should not be tied to its designation due to wild discrepancies between build quality and connectivity among roads of the same designation.

It only connects to the tiny hamlet of Pendleton. Looking at it now, though, I see it also forms a route between Warrenton and Hermanntown, so I'll go ahead and put it back to secondary.

Bridgewater was most likely tagged place=town due to its size and economic importance, not its official designation. This sort of "official designation" should only go on the relation for the city, not the place node. The boundary relation represents the local government's boundaries. The place node represents a "populated place", which is a separate thing from a municipality.

I have retagged Bridgewater as a town due to its average population for a Boston suburb; additionally, it is not a major retail/business hub, only a secondary one.

City nodes should be placed in the cultural/economic "center" of the city, not the geographical center. For example, the label for Chicago, Illinois is not in the geographical center, but rather in its downtown area next to Lake Michigan.

For example, use highway=street_lamp on the street lamps you've added here. Using incorrect tags (such as leisure=park on a street lamp) can cause confusion for some programs that use OpenStreetMap data.

This is at least the third time you have added the Powhite Parkway extension after it has been deleted by another user. Please discuss with the user instead of just adding it back. (for what it's worth I support it being on the map with the tag proposed:highway=motorway since the project is already mostly approved)
