Technically, the law says the area extends into the land to the "waterlevel at high tide". That seems rather pedantic though.

I realize the upper right corner looks weird. It's due to the formulation in the law. Supposedly it follows the coastline at a distance of 200 meters, but then the coordinate specified is located 250 meters from the coast. I just let it do an unnatural jump, but I'm open to suggestions.
