Not sure if I did this correctly. The restaurant had a sign in the window saying they were closing down, so I removed the entry. If there is a better way to describe closed businesses, I'd be interested in hearing about it.

This was an activity we did as a group of about a dozen people to gamify making contributions to OSM! Teams would score points by traveling around the city and making OSM contributions, and the team with the most contributions in a given neighborhood would "control" it. The goal of the game was to control as many neighborhoods as possible within the span of the game.
