Fixed the main name tag (also in French) in this changeset changeset/134557844

Now that I read some more online, it appears that possibly I did make the update since I corrected the name in the tags list. It's in the upper part that it appeared locked due to Wikidata link but it seems that it's not relevant to the rendering. Quite confusing. Would still be better for somebody more advanced to check.
