This removes spurious railway crossings that cause inflated ETAs in mapping software.

Judah is one lane in each direction for vehicle traffic with a tramway in the middle. There are no tramway / railway crossings for vehicles traveling on Judah.

Please let me know if this is the best way to fix it before I proceed with the rest of the street.

Sorry about that! As you probably noticed, I'm a new contributor and still learning best practices. I'll keep this in mind and fix my other recent edits.
